We are excited you have chosen us and look forward to a positive experience providing you with fish that exceed your expectations.  We believe in the premise that “what goes around, comes around”.  We expect ourselves to operate with honesty and integrity, and we ask that our customers extend us the same courtesy.


ONE SHIPPING RATE WHETHER YOU BUY ONE ITEM OR 100!

Please review our shipping policies before selecting either Priority Express One Day or Priority Mail 2-3 Day shipping. Your purchase indicates your agreement with the shipping policies outlined herein.


HOW WE SHIP

  • We include extras of your purchased line(s) or another line of our choosing when available.

  • We typically ship on Saturdays or Mondays. 

  • At this time, we only ship within the continental USA and Puerto Rico. 

  • We double-bag the fish and surround them with eco-friendly insulated material inside a thermal bubble liner and/or Styrofoam-lined box as needed.

  • Heat packs are included if deemed necessary.

  • Once carefully packed, we deliver your package directly to the MSP Airport Post Office for quickest shipment out.

  • We do reserve the right to hold shipping if the weather poses undue risk to your fish. Should this be necessary, we will be in prompt communication with you to plan for safe shipping after inclement weather has passed.


EXPECTING THE BEST, PLAN FOR THE WORST

While the overwhelming majority of the boxes we have shipped over the years have arrived in excellent condition to happy customers, once the box in the hands of the carrier, they are no longer in our care.  Sometimes there are factors that are out of our control, where boxes are delayed or mishandled by the carrier, or the fish are exposed to excessive stressors.  In the unfortunate case where something happens, we work with you to ensure we have reached an amicable, mutually agreeable solution under our Live Arrival Guarantee.
